2011 MGFA National Volunteer of the Year Award
The 2011 National MGFA Conference was held in Baltimore, Maryland, on May 4th–6th. At the Awards Banquet, our very own “Nutmeg” Editor, and member of the Connecticut “Nutmeg” State Chapter Board, Susan Winters, was one of two people recognized as MGFA Volunteer of the Year. While this comes as no surprise to those of us who work with Susan on the Board, or to those of you who have had contact with her, it is quite an honor. Unfortunately, Susan was unable to make conference. Congratulations to Susan on a job well done, you will be dearly missed by all.
