AANEM MGFA Scientific Session

The MGFA Scientific Session takes place during the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) annual meeting. The 2024 meeting is Tuesday, October 15 - Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Savannah Convention Center in Savannah, Georgia.

The MGFA Scientific Session provides neurologists and other physicians an opportunity to discuss their basic or clinical research on myasthenia gravis and other disorders of the neuromuscular junction.

Abstracts are now being accepted. The deadline is June 14, 2024.

A few helpful details to consider before submitting your abstract:

  • Anyone is welcome to submit an abstract.

  • Abstracts should address myasthenia gravis or other disorders of the neuromuscular junction.

  • Abstracts will be assessed based on quality of the research or information presented.

  • Abstract poster presentations are encouraged – they are generally works in progress.

Full guidelines are available on the Abstract system on AANEM’s website. This is the system through which you submit your abstract. Please note that the submission process is different than that used for general AANEM session presentations.
